Deliveries, Returns & Refunds

 The following information is an excerpt from the Terms and Conditions:

 

DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

 

In all instances estimated delivery times are between 2-7 business days.

 

Every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided. Estimated ship times may vary or change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond the control of Shoes By Bryan. If your shoes or other product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact Shoes By Bryan on sales@shoesbybryan.com.

 

Unless otherwise agreed by Shoes By Bryan, Shoes By Bryan will deliver your shoes or other product to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your order, you are responsible for contacting the carrier and arranging re-delivery or pick-up.

 

Risk and Title in Direct Import Goods passes to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to Shoes By Bryan's nominated delivery agent in the country of export.

 

As noted above, if your offer is accepted by Shoes By Bryan in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and notwithstanding that the delivery of the relevant products to your nominated address will be arranged by Shoes By Bryan, you will be considered the importer of record in respect of those products.

 

In respect of an order of Direct Import Goods, Taxes may be levied with respect to the goods by the destination country to which the goods will be delivered and/or the country from which the goods are shipped. Shoes By Bryan will be the importer of record for the purpose of customs and border processing and, as the importer of the goods, we agree to pay such Taxes to the relevant authority in addition to your payment to us of the price. The customer will cover the delivery charge of the goods.

If the relevant authorities in your country ask you to pay taxes or duties when your shoes are delivered, please contact Shoes By Bryan and this will be rectified for you.

 

 

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

 

Returns & Refunds:

 

Shoes By Bryan happily accepts returns. Depending on the type of return being made, Shoes By Bryan will issue refunds and cover the cost of return shipment if the products you return: a) qualify for refunds and free return shipping, and b) the return is made no later than eight (8) business days after an order has been declared received or shipped by the shipping company's shipment tracking system.

 

Products purchased from the Website can only be returned for refund if they are unused and in salable condition with all original packaging. If the returned products show signs of use, wear and tear, or are otherwise unsalable, Shoes By Bryan will unfortunately be unable to refund you the full purchase amount and will not cover the cost of return shipping.

 

If you decide you’re unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your entire purchase, Shoes By Bryan will refund you 50% of the purchase price and cover the cost of return shipping.

 

If you have purchased more than one (1) pair of shoes and wish to make a partial return, Shoes By Bryan will happily refund you in full for the pair(s) of shoes you wish to return if they are not used and are in salable condition. Returns of four (4) or more pairs of shoes will require Shoes By Bryan to withold 25% from the total purchase amount refund as a return fee and Shoes By Bryan will cover the cost of return shipping. 

 

If you decide to return products that Shoes By Bryan deems used, worn or unsalable you are entitled to a 25% refund of the purchase price. If you would like Shoes By Bryan to ship your returned products back to you, Shoes By Bryan will invoice the cost of shipping to you and ship your products after you have settled the invoice.

 

 

Manufacturer Warranty:

 

Shoes By Bryan guarantees that the shoes it designs and makes are free from manufacturing defects and extends a manufacturer's warranty for damage or breakage excluding normal wear and tear for up to three (3) months form the date your order has been declared received or shipped by the shipping company's shipment tracking system. In the event of damage or breakage from defective manufacturing, Shoes By Bryan will only cover all required shipping for customers sending products for repair from addresses inside the EU and UK and receiving repaired products from Shoes By Bryan to addresses in the EU and UK. Customers sending products for repair from addresses outside the EU and UK and receiving repaired products from Shoes By Bryan to addresses outside the EU and UK must pay for all required shipping to repair products under this warranty.
